What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, utensils, and facility areas
• disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning under supervision
• follow sanitation procedures and chemical safety instructions
• complete sanitation documentation
• report maintenance or food-safety concerns
• support pre-operational inspections
• dispose of waste properly
• and follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, and workplace safety requirements.
