Client Success Manager — Provider Credentialing

What you'll do

• Coordinate initial credentialing, re-credentialing, and enrollment for providers across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• bridge communication between clients and the offshore team
• maintain provider profiles
• identify missing documentation and coordinate collection
• contact payer enrollment departments
• verify licenses, certifications, education, and work history
• maintain credentialing trackers
• support audits and HIPAA and payer-specific compliance
• participate in meetings and process improvement.
