What you'll do

• Support and manage current and future surgery managers
• help launch new markets, including supply and equipment procurement, recruiting, training, software setup, and logistics
• travel to new markets before, during, and after launch
• work with surgery managers on clinical staff recruiting and training
• participate in recruiting key staff
• collaborate with senior DSO leadership
• cover surgery managers during emergencies or vacancies as needed.

Why this role
