What you'll do

• Lead millwrights, electricians, controls engineers, and storeroom staff
• oversee facility safety, reliability, and maintenance
• ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, preventive maintenance, and manufacturing standards
• manage critical spares and storeroom
• lead capital planning and project execution
• maintain vendor relationships
• control costs and budgets
• plan and schedule maintenance work
• evaluate root causes and cost overruns
• identify training needs.
