The project manager leads insurance-based fire, water, and disaster rebuilds from estimates and scheduling through completion, coordinating subcontractors, clients, and insurance representatives to keep work on budget, on schedule, and aligned with quality expectations.

What you'll do

• Review estimates, budgets, work orders, Gantt charts, and schedules
• lead subcontractors across carpentry, drywall, flooring, and painting
• update job files and track job costing in CRM and project software
• coordinate with clients and insurance representatives
• manage project phases and completion.
