The Board Certified Behavior Analyst — Therapeutic Consultation role is hybrid, with remote and community-based work in Virginia. What you'll do

• Conduct functional assessments
• develop Therapeutic Consultation Support Plans aligned with Individual Support Plans
• train and support families, caregivers, and provider staff
• provide ongoing consultation and monitor progress
• collaborate with case managers, therapists, and residential or day-support providers
• document services and progress notes in compliance with waiver and Medicaid requirements.
