What you'll do

• Participate in rotational assignments across marketing and community development, credit and risk management, lending and relationship management, accounting and financial operations, and executive leadership exposure
• take part in customer visits, branch operations, meetings, and community events
• contribute to cross-functional projects and special assignments
• build relationships and adapt to changing assignments.
