Master’s-Level Clinician – Assertive Community Treatment

Job overview

The Master’s-Level Clinician role is an onsite, full-time position in Fall River, MA, paying $36 per hour. Elwyn supports children, teens, and adults with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and behavioral health challenges. As part of a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment team, the clinician assesses client needs, develops and coordinates treatment and community service plans, provides therapy and crisis support, and helps clients build independence and access practical community resources.

What you'll do

• Provide person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed care
• coordinate services for assigned clients
• develop, implement, evaluate, and revise community service and treatment plans
• provide evidence-based therapy and symptom management
• conduct assessments
• provide de-escalation and crisis intervention
• document care in the electronic health record
• support clients with housing, daily living, health care access, and community resources
• educate families and advocate for client preferences.
