What you'll do

• Service and maintain dispensing systems and laundry and warewashing equipment
• install, repair, and maintain equipment
• provide routine and emergency maintenance
• demonstrate safe and effective equipment use
• maintain customer relationships and grow sales through upselling and cross-selling
• recommend cleaning and sanitation programs
• address technical issues
• track account inventory and parts
• plan schedules independently
• provide emergency service by phone or in person, including occasional on-call weekend rotations.
