Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Paris, TN, with pay of $15–$23 per hour. Patriot Health and Rehabilitation Center seeks CNAs to provide resident care in skilled nursing and long-term care. The CNA supports residents’ comfort and well-being by assisting with daily activities, mobility, meals, and transfers; monitoring and reporting health changes; and documenting care in coordination with the facility team.

What you'll do

• Provide direct resident care and assistance with activities of daily living
• assist with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs
• measure and record vital signs and weight
• observe and report physical or emotional changes
• assist with meals, hydration, and feeding
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• support admissions, discharges, and transfers
• document care
• communicate with residents and team members
• and respond to call lights and urgent needs.
