Senior Engineering Manager

Provide overall management, governance and oversight of the engineering function of accountability. Manage the performance and development of assigned engineering personnel. Participate as key manager in Business Planning, Budget, and Business Performance review. Directly and through subordinates, fulfill engineering and technical leadership accountability.
