What you'll do

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision
• complete service requests and repairs such as painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry
• perform maintenance on make-ready units
• repair or replace general fixtures and components
• clean and maintain outdoor areas
• inspect building systems and report deficiencies
• and follow company safety programs.
