What you'll do

• Provide frontline Helpdesk support
• troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, printing, mobile-device, and peripheral issues
• assist with setup, configuration, deployment, replacement, and maintenance of IT equipment
• support onboarding and offboarding
• create, track, and resolve Helpdesk tickets
• install and support business applications
• document solutions and procedures
• escalate issues to IT specialists
• assist with IT projects and inventory management
• complete a summer project and present findings and recommendations to company leadership.
