What you'll do

• Administer medications accurately and on time under licensed nursing supervision
• maintain medication records and storage areas in compliance with regulations
• assist with daily living activities
• observe and report changes in residents’ health or well-being
• communicate with families about care and medication updates
• work with the interdisciplinary care team
• complete light housekeeping, serve meals, and assist with showers.
