The Vinyl Liner Production Team role is onsite in the Albany, NY area, with compensation of $20–$30 per hour for the listed hourly roles. Explore Industries is establishing a new vinyl liner manufacturing operation in the Albany area, with positions expected to begin in late 2026 and early 2027. The team produces custom vinyl pool liners by cutting, welding, sewing, finishing, and preparing products for shipment. Depending on position and experience, team members operate production equipment, inspect quality, handle materials, or lead production flow and training.

What you'll do

• Cut, weld, and finish vinyl liner panels to patterns and customer specifications
• read patterns, measurement sheets, and production tickets
• set up and operate welding, cutting, and sewing equipment
• inspect seams, dimensions, and print alignment
• handle and track materials and finished goods
• package and label liners
• maintain equipment
• for lead and supervisory roles, direct production flow, train operators, and manage schedule, throughput, quality, and safety.
