Accurate processing and clear communication help keep each case moving and support a seamless customer experience.

What you'll do

• Review and process vehicle title transfer documents for accuracy and state-specific compliance
• contact customers, DMVs, lienholders, and third parties to resolve discrepancies and obtain documents
• enter and cross-reference data in databases
• finalize and mail registration packets
• notarize customer documents during inbound video calls
• maintain customer records and case notes
• coordinate with peers, vendors, and internal teams
• manage assigned cases from opening through completion.
