What you'll do

• Conduct adaptive US Paralympic swim lessons for individuals or small groups of varied ages and skill levels
• create and implement tailored lesson plans
• teach swimming techniques, breathing, and water safety
• provide constructive feedback and encouragement
• maintain a safe learning environment
• monitor student behavior
• record student progress and attendance. Current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification, current or former competitive swimming experience, and a successful water skills test are required.
