What you'll do

• Lead the front desk team by example
• assist with training and developing Sales Associates
• coach the team on sales and membership conversion
• build relationships with guests and members and resolve concerns
• educate guests and team members about services, enhancements, retail products, and memberships
• assist with scheduling, inventory, sales reporting, team communication, and administrative work
• monitor membership conversion, prebooking, upgrades, retail sales, and revenue.
