Part-Time Control-Link Central Operator

Job overview

The Part-Time Control-Link Central Operator works onsite at Musco’s Oskaloosa, IA office, 28 hours per week on Thursday and Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; compensation is not specified. The role supports Musco’s Control-Link customer-support team. The operator provides phone support to Control-Link customers, troubleshoots issues, enters lighting schedules, and monitors existing control units. Accurate call logging, customer training, and feedback to the internal team help maintain service and improve processes.

What you'll do

• Provide inbound customer support by phone
• enter new lighting schedules
• troubleshoot Control-Link customer problems
• log inbound calls for reporting and billing
• provide daytime support to Control-Link staff
• assist with monitoring and tracking existing control units
• train and educate new customers in Control-Link use
• share customer feedback with the internal team to support process and procedure development.
