Multi-Family HVAC Supervisor

The Multi-Family HVAC Supervisor is an onsite and field-based role in Louisville, KY, with compensation of $70,000–$100,000 per year. What you'll do

• Assist across phases of multi-family HVAC construction projects
• oversee subcontractors and coordinate schedules
• inspect job readiness for rough-in and trim installations
• check work by phase and monitor schedule compliance
• coordinate punch lists, repairs, and inspections as needed
• review subcontractor invoices after phase completion
• document billable change orders
• work with builder supervisors on installation or design issues
• follow safety policies.
