The Senior Technician — Onsite Services is an onsite role in Revere, MA, supporting a Boston-based client during its working hours, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, five days a week. The annual salary range is $50,000–$65,000. Custom Computer Specialists’ Onsite Services Team provides end-user support for the client. The technician delivers in-person support for end-user devices, applications, and connectivity, managing issues from ticket intake through resolution. The role also supports device deployment, user training, network troubleshooting, reporting, and the client’s technology environment.

What you'll do

• Provide deskside support to end users
• manage tickets from initiation to resolution
• support computers, printers, fax machines, and peripherals
• provide end-user training
• troubleshoot network access, operating systems, and applications
• install and configure devices
• support workstation setup and repairs
• maintain projectors, printers, VoIP, telecom, intercom, Chromebook, and iPad systems
• coordinate cabling
• provide status updates and reports
• manage device enrollment, policies, security configuration, and inventory.
