What you'll do

• Uphold care standards across the nursing team
• ensure regulatory compliance and effective communication
• address residents’ nursing needs and support individualized care planning
• assist with developing and implementing nursing care plans
• train and support nursing staff
• oversee medical records and resident documentation
• participate in interviewing, hiring, and orienting nursing staff
• maintain scheduling flexibility
• work with the Director of Nursing on daily operations and nursing-services management.
