Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Brockton, MA. Pay is $42–$50 per hour. The nurse provides care for the facility’s residents and works with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. The role exists to assess residents’ health needs and deliver coordinated nursing care. It develops and implements care plans, administers prescribed medications and treatments, monitors and reports changes in vital signs, educates and supports patients and families, and documents progress in electronic medical records.
