What you'll do

• Contact customers with outstanding balances by phone and email
• document collection activity, payment promises, and customer updates in the billing platform
• assist with credit card transactions and ACH or wire setup and portal login questions
• identify customer distress or product dissatisfaction and coordinate with Customer Success.
