What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations and enforce policies, procedures, standards, and training
• support the General Manager in developing team performance
• supervise shifts and manage operations when the General Manager is absent
• assist with administrative duties, employee evaluations, and scheduling
• support financial objectives and food and labor cost management
• deliver guest service
• coach and develop service managers and employees.
