Director of Sales – Hospitality

Job overview

The Director of Sales – Hospitality role is onsite in Bowling Green, KY, with a base salary of $65,000–$72,000 per year. The position leads sales and revenue generation for an extended-stay hotel. ARK Hospitality’s mission is to raise the bar on relationships, reputation, and returns in hospitality. The director develops and executes the property’s sales strategy, builds local business relationships, and works with hotel leadership and revenue-management partners to grow occupancy, room-night production, and revenue. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on prospecting, account development, and community engagement.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy
• identify and secure business across corporate, healthcare, education, construction, relocation, and government segments
• build local relationships
• prospect and manage accounts
• negotiate lodging agreements
• monitor sales and revenue metrics
• support forecasting and budgeting
• represent the hotel at community events
• maintain CRM records and sales reports.
