What you'll do

• Coordinate rental department functions and equipment transportation
• monitor equipment availability, rental rates, fleet utilization, and customer accounts
• manage site inside sales representatives, rental inspectors, and truck drivers
• review reservations, contracts, invoices, credits, and overdue contracts
• coordinate delivery, pickup, transfers, and customer issue resolution
• support audits, safety compliance, and department meetings.
