What you'll do

• Collaborate with network colleagues to support reliable software and systems
• maintain LAN, WAN, WWAN, and internet infrastructure
• configure and support customer infrastructure
• monitor network security and contribute to security strategies
• maintain backup and continuity solutions
• use monitoring tools to identify network anomalies
• serve as an escalation point for operational challenges
• document configurations, mappings, processes, and service histories
• troubleshoot issues and schedule upgrades.
