What you'll do

• Develop onboarding curricula, training plans, and learning materials
• facilitate classroom and virtual training, coaching, and refresher sessions
• create and update courses and job aids using tools such as Articulate Storyline
• manage learning content and assignments in Morley's platforms
• analyze operational, quality, and performance data
• measure training effectiveness and update content based on results.
