What you'll do

• Plan regular and modified menus
• implement production worksheets and waste logs
• supervise and mentor chefs, cooks, and other team members
• ensure recipe compliance and food quality
• manage food and non-food inventory
• follow health and sanitation regulations
• forecast food and labor costs and monitor results
• and maintain client relationships.
