This combined clinical-support and front-desk role helps veterinarians and veterinary technicians care for animals while ensuring clients can access appointments, information, and administrative support. It contributes to a welcoming, organized clinic experience for pets and their families.

What you'll do

• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with animal care procedures and treatments
• greet and check in clients
• answer phones and schedule appointments
• maintain clean and organized treatment and reception areas
• process payments and maintain client records
• handle administrative duties
• communicate pet-care instructions and clinic policies to clients.
