What you'll do

• Lead construction teams under district and program policies
• train team members on PMO procedures
• execute the Quality Management System
• coordinate with the PMO
• review and develop contract documents and design deliverables
• manage 5–10 concurrent projects
• track schedules, costs, staffing, and project status
• identify and mitigate risks
• inspect construction site offices
• negotiate change orders
• support dispute resolution, outreach, and project closeout.
