What you'll do

• Prepare market surveys
• conduct outreach marketing and update online ads
• handle leasing functions, including evictions and move-ins
• complete reporting
• process security deposit refunds
• collect and process rent income
• send former tenants' past-due accounts for collection
• plan resident events
• and maintain property social media accounts.
