What you'll do

• Administer EHR and county behavioral health systems
• manage access and credentialing
• monitor claim deadlines and review claims for accuracy
• coordinate claim submissions and resolve denials
• liaise with county administration and EHR vendors
• prepare reports and track client and staff metrics
• conduct clinical documentation audits and training
• hire, onboard, train, and supervise staff
• coach employees and monitor performance and outcomes.
