The Wound, Ostomy and Continence (WOC) RN Acute is an onsite, full-time role based in East Hampton, CT. The nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for patients with acute and chronic wounds, fistulae, pressure ulcers, and incontinence.

- Provide expert clinical care for wound, ostomy, and continence needs.
- Coordinate care and provide consultation to the interdisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement educational programs for patients and staff.
- Participate in quality improvement and research.
- Advocate for patient safety and ethical standards.
