Concrete Finisher / Laborer

Job overview

The Concrete Finisher / Laborer role is based in Bryan, TX, with onsite work and 90% travel in and out of state; pay is $25–$32 per hour. The crew works on concrete and/or asphalt projects for Rabine Compacted Concrete. The role helps complete construction projects to specification by carrying out field operations, using materials and equipment efficiently, and identifying quality issues. Safe equipment use, plan interpretation, and teamwork support successful project completion.

• Carry out day-to-day project operations as a team member and leader
• use construction materials and equipment efficiently in line with contract specifications and safety
• identify and correct quality control issues
• operate, care for, and maintain company equipment
• read and interpret project plans and specifications

Why this role
