Managing Director — Consulting Practice

What you'll do

• Translate firm priorities into plans, owners, and goals
• run recurring all-staff meetings
• partner on strategy, staffing, and growth
• own revenue, new business, and client retention goals
• manage the business pipeline and close new work with partners
• set team roles and performance expectations
• identify capabilities needed for growth
• establish reporting and management rhythms
• advise on client challenges and maintain selected client relationships.
