What you'll do

• Supervise associates in the selling effort and drive customer service.
• Perform opening and closing Manager on Duty duties.
• Ensure safety and hazmat procedures are followed.
• Work with partners to plan merchandise placement and support stock integrity.
• Participate in a structured training program covering operations, customer service, and sales management.
• Manage daily financial operations and store equipment.
