What you'll do

• Develop individualized treatment plans, progress reports, behavior improvement plans, and functional behavior assessments
• implement and oversee ABA plans, analyze data, and modify programs
• supervise, mentor, and assess RBTs
• review session notes
• train family members and stakeholders
• coordinate with speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists
• communicate with families
• maintain ethical and regulatory documentation.
