Nutrition Representative Lead

The Nutrition Representative Lead role is onsite in Seattle, WA. Pay is $22.18–$33.27 per hour. The lead supports the Patient Services team at Seattle Children’s, serving patients, families, and visitors. The lead supervises day-to-day workflow, helps team members follow standard work, and maintains proficiency in nutrition representative duties across multiple service areas. Training, coaching, and process improvement support consistent, accurate food service and customer care.

What you'll do

• Supervise Nutrition Representatives’ day-to-day workflow
• work in at least two department areas among catering, delivery, assembly, and call center
• oversee procedures for electronic health records, nutrition software, devices, and meal payments
• resolve or escalate customer concerns
• orient and train new staff
• coach peers
• support scheduling coordination or process improvement while maintaining Nutrition Representative skills.

Why this role

Requires four years of food service, customer service, or relevant experience or a qualifying undergraduate degree; two years of solid performer or above experience in the department or prior leadership experience; and demonstrated participation in continuous process improvement.
