What you'll do

• Develop and deliver standards-aligned lesson plans for high school science courses
• adapt instruction and materials for individual and small-group learning, including students with IEPs or ELL status
• guide scientific observation, data analysis, and evaluation of evidence
• set up and supervise laboratory experiments and demonstrations with safety protocols
• assess student work and provide constructive feedback
• maintain attendance, grades, and progress records
• organize laboratory equipment and supplies
• establish classroom and lab expectations
• integrate educational technology
• build trusting relationships with students.
