What you'll do

• Review incoming title and escrow orders for completeness and accuracy
• enter information into the production system
• contact customers and internal departments for missing information
• retrieve and organize property records and supporting documents
• research property tax and legal information from approved sources
• maintain electronic files
• monitor order status and route completed files
• follow company policies, underwriting requirements, and procedures.
