What you'll do

• Coordinate daily patient-services operations, including shipment tracking, partner follow-up, account and order issue resolution, and communication with physicians and external customers
• maintain accurate records across databases
• follow up with patients, physicians, and blood collection facilities
• collect patient payments and handle related accounting tasks
• share inbound and outbound calls
• resolve patient concerns
• collaborate with Business Development and internal departments
• generate reports
• and document interactions in the customer relations management tool.
