What you'll do

• Follow the supervisor’s daily schedule
• handle chemicals safely
• batch, weigh, and sample materials
• blend ingredients to SOP specifications
• follow safety rules and company policies
• maintain housekeeping and equipment
• report problems
• support production efficiency
• communicate with supervisors and QC technicians
• record inventory movements on batch sheets
• perform periodic quality-control sampling
• and follow QC direction. May assist with general labor and training new personnel on safe mixing-equipment operation.

Why this role

Shift hours are 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; overtime and Saturdays occur during peak season. Forklift experience and experience with chemicals or light chemical manufacturing are preferred. The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.
