The Building Information Modeling (BIM) Designer role is onsite in Tampa, FL, with an annual pay range of $62,080–$85,360. The designer develops and coordinates models and drawings, checks work for accuracy and constructability, and supports project teams with reliable design information. The position also contributes to BIM standards, coordination, and training as responsibilities grow.

What you'll do

• Develop system designs in CAD or Revit
• perform BIM modeling, clash detection, design, and drafting
• coordinate and manage Revit models
• create and update Revit families
• report project progress
• review work for errors and constructability
• identify product specifications
• support linked-model coordination, disaster recovery is not applicable
• contribute to BIM standards and training.
