What you'll do

• Handle incoming calls and patient correspondence
• schedule appointments and reminders
• prepare charts and maintain accurate records
• register patients and record payments
• take vital signs and intake information
• support provider workflows, exam-room readiness, and care coordination
• document clinical plans as directed by providers.
