Behavior Technician (BT)

The Behavior Technician (BT) role is onsite in Burnsville, NC, with sessions in clients’ homes and at centers. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. Key Autism Services provides individualized care to people with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions. The technician implements individualized behavior support plans and one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy for children, collecting session data and coordinating with the supervising behavior analyst and clinical team to support consistent care.

What you'll do

• Implement behavior support and treatment plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• collect behavior and skill-acquisition data
• conduct discrete trials
• participate in supervision, coaching, and case reviews
• communicate session updates and collaborate with the clinical team.
