The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager, Sunrise Mall is an onsite role in Citrus Heights, CA. Pay is $18–$19 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs creates holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families in partnership with retail locations and attractions. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager supports seasonal staff and daily photo operations. The role helps deliver guest service and sales while coordinating preparations, staffing, training, inventory, and operational tasks for the holiday season.

What you'll do

• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
