Client Service Representative — Veterinary Emergency Hospital

What you'll do

• Greet clients and patients
• complete check-in and check-out and communicate patient flow changes
• manage phone, email, and mail communications
• schedule and confirm appointments and route requests
• triage patients based on urgency
• explain hospital services
• handle sensitive situations tactfully
• maintain patient records and capture charges
• process payments, refunds, cash reconciliation, and deposits
• fill veterinary prescriptions and provide instructions
• assist with product sales and inventory
• support veterinarians, technicians, and the Practice Manager
• maintain a clean, safe environment
• participate in opening, closing, and weekend duties as assigned.
