Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply, and prior ACA sales experience is not required.

What you'll do

• Explain ACA Marketplace plan options and features
• assess individual and family coverage needs
• guide consumers through applications and enrollment
• provide consultative customer service
• maintain accurate customer and enrollment records
• follow up as required
• meet sales, conversion, quality, productivity, attendance, and customer experience expectations
• maintain licenses, certifications, appointments, and Marketplace credentials
• participate in training and team meetings
• navigate multiple systems.
